Awareness Campaign: Engaging Videos for Modern Home Buyers

Delve into FilmCor's partnership with the innovative startup Homely. We helped support Homely's mission to enhance credit scores, offer rewards for home buying costs, and provide smart savings recommendations.

FilmCor's task was to create a compelling video campaign that would resonate with Homely's target audience and effectively communicate the brand's offerings. To achieve this, we produced 25 unique videos over three days, tailoring the content across three stages of the marketing funnel: awareness, consideration, and conversion.

  1. Awareness: For this stage, we collaborated with TikTok influencer @its_laurensarah, who has an impressive 9.7 million likes. These videos aimed to capture the audience's attention and generate strong awareness.

  2. Consideration: Our team crafted engaging and visually striking videos that efficiently explained Homely's products and their benefits.

  3. Conversion: In the bottom-of-funnel stage, we focused on producing explainer videos that offered detailed insights into how Homely's products work, aiding potential customers in making informed decisions

Approach
Each video was created with different ad platforms in mind, offering 16:9 versions optimised for Google Ads and 9:16 versions optimised for Facebook Ads. This ensured maximum reach and effectiveness across various channels.

The content was designed to be fun and engaging, featuring charm, personality, and relatable jokes. Quirky graphics and vibrant, colourful visuals added a modern touch, while references to video game graphics made the process of buying a house feel like a rewarding game.

The videos were shot in 4k quality following Netflix delivery standards, ensuring the highest production quality and visual impact.
